The Houston Grad School Scholarship and Student Loan Workshop

February 9 @ 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm

According to research from the New America Foundation, the median debt for graduate students is $57,600, with one in four borrowers owing about $100,000 or more. We now owe $1.5 trillion dollars in student loans nationwide. Student loan debt is now the second highest consumer debt category – behind only mortgage debt – and higher than both credit cards and auto loans.

What if I said there was a way to escape all debt?

I earned $80,000 in scholarships to go to the University of Houston.

I earned $36,000 in scholarships (so far) to go to grad school in London at the Hult International School of Business.

Now as a Higher Education Consultant, I help people go to college, grad school or trade school with scholarships.

There is a way to pave a financially solvent future through higher education and it’s with scholarships! During this workshop, I will teach you exactly how I went about earning over $100,000 in scholarships to go to college.

As a grad school student, you probably have a mountain of debt you don’t know what to do with. That’s normal and I’m here to offer a solution.

Fortunately, I will be joined by experts in the financial services industry, Kathryn Garza and Shanell Foster.

Kathryn Garza is a Financial Services Professional at MassMutual. She will be equipping all attendees with the right tools to fight back against the avalanche of student loans while simultaneously investing toward the future.

Shanell Foster is a Financial Literacy Educator at Foster Financial Education with over 20 years of experience in teaching budgeting, revenue optimization, and credit repair. She will provide students with the knowledge they need to establish a firm financial foundation.

Every attendee will leave with concrete steps they need to start their own scholarship journey the same day (guaranteed).
